FAQ
Have any questions?
How long should my spring last?
Can I get an upgraded spring?
What is included in my spring replacement?
Should my rollers be replaced with my springs?
Can I buy an extended warranty?
We carry powder-coated springs which offer a longer 5 year warranty. Please ask about our powder-coated springs, as we do not carry them at all times on our service trucks, but we do have them in stock at our warehouse.
My door has started making noises a year or two after installation
How often should I lubricate my door?
My garage is near water. What do you suggest?
For any garages that are exposed to moisture, we suggest ordering powder-coated hardware, stainless steel cables, encapsulated and sealed rollers and our powder-coated springs. We carry all of these products as they have excellent corrosion resistance.
We also suggest ordering an Aluminum door or a Vinyl Door. These doors do great in the wet PNW. They resist corrosion much better than standard steel garage doors. We have a variety of suppliers to choose from.
HELP, MY DOOR WONT CLOSE!
The first step is to check your safety eyes. Liftmaster and Chamberlain have one yellow sensor and one green sensor. Be sure that they are pointing at each other, and that the yellow light is on, and the green light is on. If it is flashing or off, try to adjust the eyes to point at each other.
If that doesn’t fix the issue, give us a call 253-272-6999.
Theres gaps at the bottom of my door
The weather seal might be worn, over time it slowly shrinks, exposing gaps. There could also be an adjustment needed on the cables or the track to get it tighter. If one side is noticeably higher, you might have a bad cable.

Who will be coming to my house?
One of our employees will be the one performing the work. We do not use subcontractors, as all of our work is performed by us, and warrantied by us. Our trucks are fully wrapped and easy to spot.
Another company quoted me a crazy high price, why are you not as expensive?
There are some fly by night companies out there. They create a website and phone number, quote extremely high, hoping you’ll bite, then in a month shut down that site and number and start over. This is a well-known scam in the service industry. Our pricing is fair and in line with the market of legit garage door companies. We have minimal overhead and streamlined processes to help keep our prices affordable for everyone.
